How to fund your case
We offer all clients an initial interview for a small fixed fee (the first 30 minutes is free). We assess all clients to see if they qualify for Legal Aid. If you qualify we represent you under legal aid funding. Depending on your financial circumstances, the legal aid agency may require you to make some contribution to your legal fees.
If you do not qualify for legal aid, we will give you a written estimate of the likely cost, keep you informed as the case goes and stick to our estimates.
We may be able to offer you payment plan where appropriate.

Fees
We can also provide services to you at no costs to you under the legal aid funding scheme if your case is within scope and you meet any relevant means and merit tests subject to any contribution that you may be required to make by the Legal Aid Agency.
